Use NAME_MAX instead of MAXNAMLEN

NAME_MAX is POSIX, and available in all C libraries, generally in
<limits.h>, while MAXNAMLEN is BSD-specific, and only available in
musl in <sys/param.h>. So let's use NAME_MAX instead of MAXNAMLEN.
