For a release, the following files should be made available:
 - cirros-VERSION-source.tar.gz
   source tarball.
 - cirros-VERSION-ARCH-uec.tar.gz
   uec style tarball, compatible with uec-publish-tarball
   The blank.img is a mkfs'd disk image only, no contents.
   It will demonstrate initramfs copies itself to root
     cirros-VERSION-ARCH-vmlinuz
     cirros-VERSION-ARCH-initrd
     cirros-VERSION-ARCH-blank.img
 - cirros-VERSION-ARCH-disk.img
   full disk image, suitable for upload to openstack
 - cirros-VERSION-ARCH-rootfs.img.gz
   compressed partition image.
   Suitable for uploading to EC2 or other cloud given a loader
   such as pv-grub or kexec-loader at
   http://people.canonical.com/~smoser/lucid-loaders/
 - filesys-lxc.tar.gz
   optimized for lxc tarball.  This contains no kernel, ramdisk or modules
