Forward port of 0001-cryptodev-Fix-issue-with-signature-generation.patch from http://rt.openssl.org/Ticket/Display.html?id=2770&user=guest&pass=guest It was originally targetted at 1.0.2-beta3. Without this patch digest acceleration via cryptodev is broken.
